Multi-space UX and concept strategy for David Jones Food Hall, redefining its food service experience across multiple locations. The work encompassed the overall F&B strategy, ensuring a seamless integration of retail and foodservice while optimising both front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) design and operations. We led spatial planning, balancing efficiency with customer engagement, and executed design and build solutions for both service and kitchen areas. Additionally, we spearheaded new product development, crafted standard operating procedures (SOPs), and implemented comprehensive staff training programs. Our expertise facilitated a multi-site launch, delivering a consistent yet dynamic customer experience across all locations
