We conducted a comprehensive audit of both kitchen and front-of-house operations, identifying key areas for improvement to optimize efficiency and elevate service quality. We implemented Michelin-level standards, refining workflows to ensure consistency and excellence. Additionally, we supervised the recruitment process to build a high-performing team aligned with the restaurant’s vision. As part of our work, we also developed new menus designed to reflect culinary innovation and market trends, all with the ultimate goal of achieving a Michelin star.
